Shipping policy

 

Delivery Options

Tracked 48 Hour - £3.99 (FREE over £150)

• Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).

• We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, and the courier will email you with an ETA on the day.

 

Delivery Queries

• If you haven’t received your order, please allow an additional 2-3 working days as delivery timeframes are estimations and may be subject to delay.

• If your order hasn’t arrived within this time or you can’t locate your delivery, contact our Customer Services team within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. You can reach our Customer Care team at renove.team@outlook.com.

 

International Delivery

We ship to over 200 destinations with Global-e, in more than 95 currencies and offer over 150 different payment methods, depending on your location.

• Select your shipping country by clicking the flag icon on the top left corner of the desktop page or in the menu on mobile.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note we will not be liable for any import taxes or duties.

Returns & Exchanges

 

We are currently operating on a no refunds policy.

 

We understand that occasionally there may be cause or an exchange.

 

Reasoning for needing an exchange:

Wrong items received.

Faulty items.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange and return your items.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

To request an exchange, you can contact us at renove.team@outlook.com. Stating your reasoning for needing an exchange.  

 

If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for the postage back to us and we will send the revised order back out to you free of charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
